Intermittently when brakes are applied they chatter. Dealer has repaired the vehicle under warranty.

While driving the vehicle experienced braking problems which caused extended stopping distance, almost resulting in an accident. Dealer replaced rotors/calipers. Problem is reoccuriring. Dealer cannot determine problem.
