Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Consumer stated while driving a chatter noise could be heard, upon inspection of the vehicle, consumer noticed that the right rear brake caliper piston was almost fully out of its cylinder and jammed slightly in a cocked position, the inner brake pad lining was completely worn away with its metal mount grinding away into the brake disc, consumer took the vehicle to the dealer and had the 2 rear disc and right rear caliper replaced, consumer believes there is a serious design flaw with the ABS-trac control brake system that would cause such a failure.

Car pulls to the left when coming to a stop. Not always. Weather doesn't matter. Not due to crown on roads or ruts. Brought in for repairs 3 times. Make repairs suggested by manufacturer but didn't help. Consider a safty factor in mulit - lane traffic. Service department can not duplicate problem because it is intermitting which makes it hard to repair. No complaints about service department.
