My car a Mercury grand-marquis(2004), on October 14,2004 almost caused to my wife and myself a tragedy.in my own home, the car failed in transmission to go rear, instead went forward into my backyard, crashed against a tree and went into a lake in my property. As a result the car was towed to alan Ford in bloomfield hills, mi for rapaired with damages over $140.I made the a complain by phone to the NHTSA and promissed a leter peply which nevr happened and folow up calls it was informed to me that there was never a record of my call.
