They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. No abnormal operation noted before event. The failure is spark plug blow out on a 4.6L engine. The failure occurred twice in a 2 week time period on the same cylinder damaging the spark plug and coil pack. First instance was the factory installed spark plug.
