When the gas gauge registers below 1/2 tank, and the tank is refueled to capacity, it takes several miles driving( approx. 30-50 miles) for the gauge to register full. Also, if the tank is towards the empty mark, and the car is filled to capacity, and the car is driven, the low fuel light will come on, and stay on for an extended period of time. At times, before the car is driven, the car refuses to start as if it is not getting any gas. After it sets for a while, it will start.
