Took the car to the body shop yesterday as we noticed a little bit of cracking paint and small amount of rust along top of wheel well. Body shop is working up a price and says it is not an easy fix. Said it was "car cancer" and will keep spreading. I checked the other wheel well, it only has a tiny spot that feels rough to the touch. I googled the problem to see if there was an easy fix that maybe we could do ourselves and this forum popped up. Now I'm really angry as I see it's a design flaw that has been going on for years.
