The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and they were told that the window would need a new motor. The contact stated that the front passenger side window also failed. The dealer stated that motor would have to be replaced as well. The vehicle had not been repaired. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 65,000.
