Takata recall. The contact owns a 2010 Mercury Milan. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 18V046000 (air bags). The contact called bill collins Ford Lincoln of louisville (502-459-9550, 4220 bardstown rd, louisville, ky 40218) and it was confirmed that the parts were not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available. Consumer states that the air bags have now been repaired. Consumer says that now the rear tail lights have been going out often. Vehicle has been repaired each time under warranty, but consumer is worried about if she will have to start paying for them when the warranty expires.
