Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. During normal operation of vehicle gas pedal will stick, allowing vehicle to accelerate without driver controlling the vehicle. Dealership has examined vehicle, and determined that accelerator cable was defective and must be replaced. Please provide any additional information / attachments.

While driving consumer lost control and ran into ditch. Driver tried to accelerate to get out of the ditch, and when stepped on gas pedal, vehicle suddenly accelerated, causing driver to crash into a low wall. Driver suffered chest/head, and neck injuries. Dealer has been contacted.
