I am mentally disable/handicap and on 6/11/2014 I was driving at 35 mph and my 2000 Mercury Mountaineer caught fire in the dash. I almost broke my ankle trying to escape the fire. I reached out to Ford Motor Company and filed a claim but so far no results.
