Ford had a TSB out in December of 2004. The roof started blistering in 2007 so we returned to the dealer, Don Aadson Ford in Ronan, and asked them to fix it. They did but never mentioned the Service bulletin which they should have been aware of. Knowing the paint was going bad I feel they should have re-painted the entire vehicle. Now the paint is bubbling up and coming off the rear quarter panel. The dealer says it is not their problem. The body shop I took it to said it is definitely a factory defect. There is no rust involved. Aside from the paint the vehicle is in excellent shape. The paint has definitely decreased it's trade in value. I will have to pay for it out of pocket. I want Ford or the Dealer to fix it. We have always owned Fords but unless someone will stand behind their product, this will be the last one.
