Consumer received recall notification (00S03)however consumer states brakes are still making noise, consumer took vehicle in for service on Aug 2, 2001 and was informed that there is glaze on the brakes and will eventually wear off, however consumer states the noise has been going on for the past year.

Consumer's wife was attempting to park, and when she placed right foot on the brakes, automobile accelerated on its own and increased the rpms, causing automobile to advance forward. It jumped the concrete. The brake could not stop the vehicle but when the vehicle stopped, the gas pedal went all the way down to the floor.
