1992 MERCURY SABLE -- Accumulation of ice, snow, or slush could cause the engine cooling fan to freeze to the fan shroud. Automatic or manual actuation of the cooling fan motor when the fan is frozen to the shroud may cause the fan motor and wiring to overheat and cause a fire in the engine compartment.
