Owner has hardly ever used the convertible top. The convertible top is separating from the frame, it is bulging out.

Problem with convertible top which will not go all the way down properly, and causing inside damage to top fabric. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that vehicle was out of its warranty, and nothing could be done at this time. Please feel free to provide any further details on this matter.
