Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

I was involved in a head on collision with another vehicle where my airbags failed to deploy. Later upon calling in a airbag specialist, they ran diagnostics and found that both the front right and front left airbag sensors had malfunctioned. This was then backed up by the Mitsubishi dealership. I still suffer from my head injury to this day.

While driving home from work on 12/8/05, I was involved in a rear impact collision, my vehicle sustained heavy rear damage as well as heavy front end damage not one of the air bags systems deployed as the vehicles manual stated it would, which resulted in myself being severely injured, the vehicle was a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse gs, less than a month old, I feel the vehicle is defective, and would like someone to look in to this matter.
