Consumer was traveling about 20mph and was making a left turn, and vehicle wheel was still turning in left position. Steering returned back to position, and lost control of vehicle, and it ran into a telephone pole. Vehicle eas totaled. Dealership was aware of problem.

Brought car into dealer and was informed it had play but nothing was done on it, since it is a steering component and can cause my car to crash I feel that it should be fixed.
