Was driving 35mph & applied brakes which were going up & down. They failed to stop vehicle. Would shimmy or shake when making turns. Was going down hill, and went into a skid. Crossed double line to the left while trying to go right. Steering was uncontrollable. Another vehicle "T" boned the vehicle on passenger side. Air bags deployed. Vehicle was only 34 days old.

I had a after market accessory added to the car. However when problem occurred I had the accessory disconnected so we could find the true problem. Dealer did replace the actuator and that temporily fixed the problem. My brakes squeak and the dealer said that they build up a thin layer of rust when the car sits even for a short time. Thus causing the squeaks. If this is true why don't you hear every car squeak as they stop at a light?
