The contact owns a 2007 Mitsubishi Raider. The contact stated that the vehicle seat belt warning light illuminated and then an audible alarm started. The contact also stated that the driver's and passenger's air bags warning light was also illuminated. The contact was concerned for her safety. The contact called hutchinson Mitsubishi (123 margie dr, warner robins, ga 31093), and informed them of the failure. The dealer informed the contact that the air bags may deploy while driving, and informed her to schedule an appointment to have the vehicle diagnosed. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer due to the diagnostic and repair cost. The contact mentioned the vehicle was once serviced under an unknown NHTSA campaign number related to the air bags. The contact stated that the repair had not corrected the issue. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided a case number. The failure mileage was approximately 91,336. Consumer stated lights still goes on and off.
