I've called sterling mccall Nissan of houston in fort bend county (281)243-8989. I have been waiting for two weeks for the recall parts to come in. Why does it take so long for parts to come in. I'm told that there is no estimated time of arrive which is ridiculous. Thanks, [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

Since 2006 the brake light comes on while driving I have to pull to side because I lost my brakes and I have taken to Nissan dealer and they have adjusted the delta stroke sensor. I have been doing this for many years into my warranty expire. And know the want to replace the power booster. Know they are said delta stroke sensor on the brake power booster is not getting proper voltage. They are many Nissan Armada with the same problem. I am ones of the lucky persona have got on an accident. I believe Nissan are responsible for the problem. I believe Nissan is responsible to recall all Armada from 2005 to present.

The incident has happened twice already once while driving and going about 35 miles per hour. The 2nd while sitting in a drive thru. While slowing down for the light, it felt as the brakes gave out. The brake pedal did not have any pressure in them and gave this loud crunching sound. Also sounded like a spring moaning. Immediately the brake light came on as if I had my emergency brakes on. I was in a panic and swerved to the side of the road not to rear end the car in front of me. This continued until after I completely turned off the car, let it sit then turned it back on. The light went off and the brakes worked as normal. The 2nd time I was in a drive thru moving forward and the brakes seem to give out. Crunching sound, brake light and only went away when I turned the Armada completely off and then on again. After researching the problem online it appears that many other people are experiencing the same problem. This Armada, my wife drives to work every day back and forth. We can't afford another car and I fear for her safety and the cars around her. Here is a link of just some of the people having the same issue. Brakes on 2005 Armada went out and started to grind and stick, could not duplicate after re starting vehicle and mechanic cannot get it to duplicate as well costing me money to have checked out each time it happens not the first time replaced pads the first time and re-occurs more often now very unsafe never know when brakes will engage sometimes drag without being applied.
