Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

At 61000miles 2005 Armada taken to tracy ca Nissan dealer they gave me estimate$ 2900 dollars to replace catalyst converter system. But I figure out Nissan give warranty for cat up to 75000 miles.that means they are doing bull shih they spouse to be let me know that it will be free, right. But god luck I took off battery wire and reset then went to smog in ca and I was passed but now my truck has 83000 miles and I got again engine light that says PO420 mean cat converter need to replace which is 2800 dollars I can't afford that much so my question is who's fault is it Nissan or me but I took my vehicle to dealer at 61000 miles but that time they cheated

The contact owns a 2006 Nissan Armada. While driving 40 mph and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle accelerated and the lights on the instrument panel illuminated. The failure recurred three times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 107,000.
