timing tensioner guide fail, caused motor to fail

The timing chain tensioner failed, which caused the timing chain to rub a hole into the block. All of which caused the oil and water to mix. The local dealership Ceranti Oakes Nissan, is aware of problem and the timing chain tensioner recall through manufacturer. They suggested that truck be hailed to dealership for repairs under recall. After having the truck for about a week, dealership claims that they can not perform repairs, because damage was not covered under the recall. Informed me to pick up truck at my expense. I have made numerous calls to company, and dealership, with no assistance from Customer Service to provide any solutions! This problem has caused months of inconvinience and struggle to get back and forth to work, which has taken from my families only income. We are still without a dependable ride.
