I bought my 2009 Nissan GTR35 in August 2010 from JFE Nissan in Devon UK, the salesman ( who was the GTR Specialist ) could not have been more helpful as I was spending £54,000 .....but....the aftercare was CRAP!

During the year that I owned it I had several little niggles...too small to mention but in the course of one month I had to drive for 1 hour to get them to check the warning light ' Low tire pressure ' contact dealer ', on the 3rd occasion I actually had a flat tire as the problem still had not been solved correctley.

I drove at 50 miles per hour for 5o miles to the showroom ( the car has run-flat tires ) as advised by them, when I arrived they immediately said " I think your car has been tampered with", I advised them that as it was in a lock up garage this could not have been the case, I went to the workshop to watch as they inspected my car, the valve ( sensor attached ) had come away from the rim and was inside the tire!

Again I was told " Sabotage!", at this point I began to raise my voice in a showroom full of potential buyers, the Manager conveniently then decided that they had "JUST" been informed by Nissan that the Valve collars were faulty and were cracking and falling off!

I requested that all 4 were replaced, I was issued a courtesy 370Z and when my GTR was returned to me only one valve had been replaced......hence I sold the car 3 months later!
