Livina 1.6L

I'm writing this letter to complain about my new car (Nissan Livina) which I brought in (June 2009), Chinese assembled, Chassis no. 505648, Motor no. 538569.

When I was driving my car on the entrance of (Al Moneib road) off Autostrad road with maximum speed (50-60 km) and while two cars infront of me were slowing down their speed, I started pressing on the brake but the brake was not moving from its position and after several tries with no use and after avoiding the first car I found myself behind the second car approaching, & I found myself unable to do anything but to turn to the sidewalks to avoid the second car, which leaded the car after stepping on the walkway to roll in the road on its left side. & then a small bus hit the bottom of the car when it was rolled on its side (while I was in it), Then the accident stopped at that time following damages in the car from the left side, the front/right wheel, the car roof & the car bottom.
