A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

I traded in a 2012 lifted Silverado 4x4 for this piece of junk, lemon 2014 Nissan Maxima! I did so thinking I was getting a good car with great mileage savings in mind! Boy did I make the worst mistake of my life!

After having the car less than 12 hours I was taking the car in complaining how the steering wheel vibrates, the car is hydroplaning on wet surfaces at less than normal speeds and it doesn't feel right pertaining to the front end! Just like Aileen M. Toms of River, New Jersey, USA stated and I also will state, going in there and complaining about this, I got the same stupid ass remark from the dealership at Frank Fletcher Nissan in Joplin Mo. where I purchased this junk of a car, OH that's how the car is, it's a front wheel drive! I just traded in a 2012 lifted 4x4 and it had front wheel drive and didn't act like this, in fact that truck rode 10 times better than this stupid Nissan!

This car is junk, there are major issues with mine: Steering vibrates, front end lifting and hydroplaning in wet rainy conditions, very, very, bad, major tire wear, this will be the 3rd set in 8 months! The front end is junk on these cars!!!

I've taken it into Frank Fletcher Nissan in Joplin Mo where I've purchased car complaining over 15 times showing them the front tires were out and demanding them to get this car in and fix it or even look at it and these stupid ass, disrespectful, dishonest, shady low life's always have an excuse or something smart-ass to say!

Ive had this car checked 3 times for alignment issues and the new set of tires put on July 12th with alignment and here it is Sept. and the tires are wearing on the front end again. The reason it took so long to get tires (6 months) is because fighting with the stupid dealership Frank Fletcher Nissan and even Nissan corp, I had to and did every week turn both of these crooked dishonest individuals into the BBB!

I paid for, when I purchased new car, an Advantage Plus and it's suppose to cover tire problems and anything pertaining to the front end etc. and Frank Fletcher or Nissan wouldn't honor their warranty, very, very ,shady companies both of these two are!! Finally 6 months later I get my Advantage Plus back and this is what I bought my tires with which this is what this was for to begin with!

Oh, Frank Fletcher Nissan in Joplin Mo., since I turned them into the BBB because they are dishonest people agreed also in the agreement made with the BBB and me they would pay for the 2 front tires that were ruined and also trade me out of this vehicle and I could get what I want-----Well guess what, soon as BBB said, oh, that sounds like they are going to work with you and closed the case, these shady, dishonest, low life's defaulted on their agreement!

So here I am,pissed and getting ahold of the BBB again, this is F** ridiculous! So I will break this down on what problems this POS has had in 8 months! 1.Severe steering vibration in steering wheel, front end! (Oh that's normal according to dumb-ass dealer) 2.Severe front end lifting and hydroplaning on wet surface and major during heavy rain! 3.Major tire wear, this will be the 3rd set in 8 months 4.The freaking seats in this car are ridiculous, if you drop something down the side or underneath the seat, good luck getting it out from underneath! 5.Drive down the road with the radio off, this car has a lot of noise issues all over! 6.This car rides rough down the road

It would be nice if these shady, dishonest dealerships would make it right with people who are having major issues like this and honor their warranties and fix the problems or get the customer out of the car and into something else! I'm stuck with a 40K POS.

I have the right to display on my car and warn people, I recommend DO NOT BUY a car from Frank Fletcher in Joplin, MO. or Nissan because of their dishonest behavior!

I WILL NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM NISSAN AGAIN!
