Second time repairing broken fog lights. This time both broke within a month of each other. Previously replaced the passenger fog with a non OEM fog light bought off ebay from China. Non OEM fog light still suffers from the glass cover which is easily broken from rocks. Bought a pair off ebay for 28 CAD shipped including bulbs. Easy install. Most likely only a matter of time until replacements needed again, luckily they are cheap to buy and easy to install. Thought about leaving them out however the daytime running lights are the fog lights so safer to replace for visibility and protection against fault claims due to lack daytime running lights if involved in an accident.

Passenger side fog light broken from road travel. Not sure if it is from poor design or just poor road conditions. OEM fog light design includes glass covers, which break easily from rocks on the road. Dealer cost to repair was absurd so off I go to ebay. A pair (yes two fog lights) for $28 CAD shipped from china with bulbs included. Easy and cheap repair to do by yourself. Remove the fender liner, disconnect the electrical connector, remove 1 bolt and pop the fog light out and reverse engineer to install. Biggest pain is that you may have to remove the tire to allow proper position to remove the bolt. You may be able to turn the tire to the opposite side you are working on to allow enough access depending on the size of your body/shoulders/hands.
