CarComplaints.com Notes: While there are fewer "radiator leaked into transmission" complaints for the 2008 model year, they are starting to pile up. Buyer beware.

Nissan has extended their radiator warranty on 2005-2010 Pathfinders to 8 years/80,000 miles. However the average mileage for transmission failure for earlier model years is 95,000 miles, which conveniently (for Nissan) is just past the limit of their extended warranty. Owners beware.

airbag sensor sensor flashing, sensor is corroded airbag sensor sensor flashing, sensor is corroded

Now that my sensor is going off, I have taken it in to the Nissan, they stated that something was spilled on it and it is corroding. I finally took it off and looked at it to see if I could clean it up and it looks like it started corroding from the inside out......Hummmmmm makes me wonder if it was bad when I had my accident and this is why it didn't go off. Now to replace it, $170 for the part labor and hook it back up to the computer to reset the sensor.......hummmmm kinda makes me wonder!
