They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. As a proud owner of one of these marvelous contraptions, engineered by one of the globe's finest automotive wizards, I am here to share my experiences with other like-minded individuals!

In late 2012, I purchased a theft write-off (my babe) Nissan Sentra, from a salvage auction. Costing $1,800CDN. @ 227,000 KM, the engine fired right up, off the lot. With a bit of gasoline in the tank, I began my journey. From 227K to 250K, everything was fine, until mid 2013. SES popped up, and the engine began acting erroneously. From jolting while driving, to total loss of power. I thought I was running on borrowed time. Without further adue, a scan was performed at my trusty mechanic, revealing several problems. Turned out the EGR was bad, engine coolant temp sensor, ignition coils, 3 hall sensors (cam intake/exh/crank) and MAF. He suggested I buy the parts, and install them, for the procedure was fairly simple.

With that behind us, I'll now reveal what components were replaced:

3 Hall Sensors (ignition system) 1 EGR 4 Ignition Coils 4 Spark Plugs 1 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 1 Air Charge Temperature Sensor 1 PCV Valve 1 Fuel Pump w/ strainer 1 Fuel Pressure Regulator 1 Mass Airflow Sensor

I did replace a few extra items at will; it paid off

With that out o' the way, I then cleaned the throttle body and IACV. My Sentra now runs smooth as silk @ 296,000KM. Though, just recently, she was diagnosed with a P0420... the pre-cat just don't scrub as well as it used to. Anyway! Though emissions are a little higher than factory specified, the engine does not burn any oil, and performance has been flawless ever since.

I have replace every damn sensor on this car and every damn computer error it has shown! Not done me a bit of good! I just don't understand what the hell is going on with this car.

It act's like is has a fouled out spark plug, but that is not the issue.

I like my car great on gas runs like a dream when it's not sitting at a red light! I have to put in neutral and give it a little gas and it will smooth out! Guess it's about time for a new one!
