Faulty pads and rotors; vehicle has been experiencing ongoing problem with pads/ rotors replacement on three occasions; 1st. At 8000 miles, 2nd. 18,000 miles, and 3rd. 30,000 miles. Currently, at 38,000 miles, problem reoccurred, and replacement was needed again. Dealer / manufacturer notified. Asking NHTSA to look into this matter.
