Whole dash wrinkled, so ugly.

The cover of the passenger air bag so bad I finally took it off.

I guess it peeled because of the heat, haven't fixed it because there are so many other things wrong with the car. gets annoying when you see the peeled dash reflection in the windshield while driving.

Same problem as reported by several others - the dash cover wrinkling started a few years ago and the wrinkling of the air bag cover just started this year. Two of the best interior trim shops in the Detroit area say there is no solution that is really effective. They say the only possibility is to get one from the junkyard - and that one will probably have the same problem ultimately. They also say it is expensive to replace because of everything that has to be disconnected and reconnected. Has anybody found any reasonable solution other than duct tape???

When I bought the car about two years ago, the dash had started to wrinkle up like it was going to peel off due to sun damage. Just this summer it has gotten increasingly worse- the piece that covers the panel over the airbag is about to completely peel off.

Alero V6

the dash cover is wrinkling up and the glue is coming off of the cover. I am going to have to replace it. Not caused by sun damage because it is garage kept. I have seen many other Alero's with this same problem
