They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Ltr fm julie zawadzki (NY) request assistance in securing a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero she rented fm budget rent-A-car, her husband was injured in a vehicle crash when the seatbelt & airbag failed. The vehicle hit a snow bank, went up and then rolled 60 feet down an embankment.
