Passenger seat belt locks into place with little or no passenger movement, cannot be released without removing seatbelt completely and retracting completely. Also own a 2002 Chevrolet trailblazer w/ same problem on passenger side restraint. Passenger must remove seat belt every few minutes just to breathe or tuck shoulder strap behind them. This is a serious flaw on the passenger side seat belt on all 2002 Bravada's, trailblazers and Envoy. Dealer has no fix at this time except to try a seat belt extender to change passenger side angle on restraint belt to see if it helps. This should be a serious recall issue. Will file seperate complaint for 2002 Chevrolet trailblazer also just purchased. This defect can cause death or serious injury should a crash occur while passenger is unrestrained while retracting and reapplying restraint.
