I feel betrayed because I am a single retired teacher working part-time in my late 50's. I felt I had brought a car with a good reputation so I could be safe. I work in a high risk area and I could always depend on my vehicle. I went out to take care of business and the vehicle would not start it gave no warning that anything was wrong. Apparently the fly wheel fell off the starter without notice! I lost a my warranty 8/30/04 and this car is very rarely used and because of that it should be in tip top shape. It gives me no choice but to get a foreign car so I can feel safe and secure in my vehicle and not have to worry about when my car is not functioning appropriately. This situation has put me in a financial strain and I must borrow money to make the necessary repairs in order to get this vehicle up and running.

the damn thing just crapped out. Went into garage to start. engine would not turn over. Dealer had it towed to his shop. After 2 days he told me the engine would have to be replaced. 3 1/2 weeks later I got it back. At 16000 miles, same symptoms. this time the battery & starter was replaced. With 17000 miles on the car I'm afraid to drive it out of the area.
