The contact owns a 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette. The contact stated that both front hubs were replaced. One year later, the front driver's side hub assembly failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 160,000 and the current mileage was 170,000.

While driving at speeds of 55mph and over vehicle would start to sway. Hard to maintain when it happened. Would start to slow down. Weather was clear and dry. Been to dealership twice for problem. Mechanic could not locate cause of swaying problem. Contacted manufacturer and was informed to try different dealers. Vehicle never test driven. The A/C blower fan fails to work at low speed due to defective module. The consumer replaced 4 tires to correct the swaying problem but did not correct the problem.
