Hi, My name is Serkan SENOCAK from Izmir/Turkiye. I have bought a new car (New Peugeot 307 1.6 HDI 90 HP) from a Turkish dealer on 29 November 2005 (IRDE Peugeot in Izmir). After I have bought my new Peugeot car there had been occured a noise from the ceiling, then I have drive my car to the authorised Peugeot Service named IRDE PEUGEOT Service also in IZMIR. They have said that there is an original fabric failure because of assembly failure of the ceiling pad. They said we must repair the ceiling, firstly they want to remove ceiling interior furnishing and repair the problem. But I didn't want them to repair a new model zero km car. So I want PEUGEOT to give me a new zero km PEUGEOT 307 without any ceiling failure problem.
If you want to send a responsible person (expert) you can send him/her to Turkiye and see what is the problem. Please care about my problem it is not good for PEUGEOT brand.
