They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Two weeks after recall repairs were performed for the floor shift ignition the part failed again. As a result, the consumer was unable to release the key from the vehicle.
