Consumer contacted dealer in 11/02 for recall remedy 02V268000. Dealer had to order parts and would contact consumer to schedule an appointment. Mr. Dam contacted dealer several times within the last 6 months, and was constantly being advised that parts have not arrived. Since first contact with dealer, Mr. Dam has received 2 additional reminder letters from manufacturer regarding recall.
