Egr system failure (failing airbags, horn, and cruise control system)-as per an article in todays atlanta journal-constitution, you are currently probing Plymouth Grand Voyager from model years 1998 & 1999 due to 109 complaints regarding failing airbags, horns, and cruise control systems.
