Cruise control, horn does not work -this was within 30 days of each other. Airbag light comes on then goes off again. No accident caused this to occur.

There is a recall on Plymouth Voyager 1998 and older doing the same things my 2000 is doing, which is not under recall. The specific problems are: The airbag light has been on constantly for 6 weeks and for the past month the horn does not honk and the cruise control doesn't turn on. I'm very concerned about what exactly is wrong with the airbags, now that I know there is a recall issue for older models. I have not attempted to have it repaired, because I cannot afford to take it to the dealer for repair.
