Right rear tire tread had separated on a 1996, Plymouth, Voyager which was moving at approximately 65 mph. Tire was a uniroyal nailgard tigerpaw wsw, size P205/75R14, dot# is bhkctt7U208. Tire was purchased separately from vehicle. A few days prior to incident, left front tire had flattened due to tread beginning to separate. Dealer at shop advised consumer that tire was defective. Tires had 56000 miles on them.
