Vehicle shifted into reverse by it self after idling in park for about 30 seconds, it rolled back causing the driver's door (which was open) to hit the bumper of a parked car thus damaging the door and the left front fender. I personally saw and heard the moment the vehicle shifted into reverse, I was about 20 feet away from the vehicle when I saw the back up lights come on and the vehicle start to roll back.
