Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Loose lumber noise/clunk in rear suspension - 2003 Pontiac aztec - service bulletin exists for repair but out of warranty. This is a very expensive repair.

While driving and when vehicle goes over the slightest bump back of the vehicle bounces. This causes loss of control. Dealership indicates that this is occurs because rear suspension is not adequate enough to support the weight of the vehicle.
