When temp drops below 20 deg F, the car will turn over but not fire. Do get some back fire when I turn key off. Mechanic replaced fuel pump. Didn't help. I replaced the temp sensor and the car started and I thought I had it fixed. 2 days later the car did the same thing. This only started to happen within the last 2 years. Any suggestions?
