Larry M. reported the same problem on his 95 Bonneville.
You start the car and drop it into gear (Reverse or Drive) and nothing - the car just sits there.
One thing I have started to notice is that if you wait for the traction control light to come on before shifting out of Park it seems to work. This shift problem just started happening in the last few weeks.
Anyone knows the solution, I sure would appreciate hearing from you.
