int. lights on & door open lite on, door closed blows fuses

no recall found seems to be long history of problem for GM cars. Mirror lights on visor melted almost caught my car on fire. no one seems to know how to fix this problem!!!!!!

Fuse for the interior lights keep blowing and it's kind of a pain having to lift up that back seat to change the fuse all the time. Would really like to know why this is happening?
