the timing chain had slop in it so i decided to put a new one in it the problem is that the new chain has more slop in it than the old one I have tried to put ones in from a different manufacturer but the problem still persist the block has never been worked in the only thing that has been done is the crank was turned .040 the difference in that is made up with the bearings though so this should have no difference in the chain any help would be greatly appreciated
