The circuit for anti-theft sensor was exposed to the metal body of the spare tire area. It was dumb luck I found it. The entire dash shorted (no gas gauge, speedometer, heat gauge and no radio) caused the fuse to burn out. Wife complained it would blow a fuse when she made a right turn. I replaced the dash cluster and put in countless fuses trying to find the problem. The case that enclosed the circuit board should not have split and fell off the anti-theft sensor. I re-installed the case around the circuit board with plastic ties so it would not happen again. Since then no problem.
