Brand new G6, have owned it 9 months, and it's been into the dealership's service center 7 times as of Oct 16. this is the 4th time for Low Coolant. 1 time because an electrical short disabled the engine, twice because service center goofed! I reported it to the GM 800 I've spoke with "5" different reps from GM, and they seem to be under the impression "nothing" is wrong with my car. can you say LEMON?????

G6 SE
So, I bought my G6 in April of 07. It is my first american purchase since 1994. I am sorely disappointed. In August of 07 my car was rear ended. Up until this point, I had no problems with the vehicle. Since, then it has been an on again, off again nightmare. I have had trouble with electrical programming, Key FOB battery and functionality (keyless remote), condensation in a headlight, paneling on the interior falling off while driving, stock wheel covers falling off while driving, and dash lights coming on for NO reason at all. All of this I have put up with while grimacing through various visits to my local dealership and phone calls to GM's 800 line.
And now THIS. I have a SEVERE coolant leak. I have a koi pond of anti freeze currently under my car in the garage. I have flushed out the system with my last oil change (less than a week ago), added stop leak and tried to find the source of the problem. To no avail.
I tried to trade in the POS yesterday but I am $8000 upside down on my loan. Oh my god! I am going to have to get a second job just to repare my car and pay to get the hell out of it!
NEVER, EVER, EVER again. Good luck to anyone who gives it a go...you're gonna need it.
