I have taken my car in 5 times for problems with the sunroof and vibration and creaking with the roof over the passenger side over the head space. Every time the dealerships (I've taken it to 2) tell me that they have repaired it but in fact, they have not. The last time I took it in (this week) I spoke with the service person and he said that GM does not have a fix for the creaking panoramic sunroof - that it is a faulty design that they are no longer making because it is so problematic. I want GM to refund my money because a big reason I decided on this car as opposed to an equal Honda/Toyota was for the sunroof and now it appears they have no fix and aren't attempting to fix it. Customer Service is jerking me around as well as the dealership service departments.
