The contact owns a 2007 Pontiac G6. The contact stated that while driving 35 mph, there was a popping noise coming from the right front lower ball joint. The vehicle was taken to a tire specialist where the mechanic informed the contact of the ball joint failure. The contact was advised that the ball joints would need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,000 and the current mileage was 82,243. Updated 04/27/12 updated 04/27/12
