when i first bought the car back in march of 2008 i notice that there was a noise coming from the brakes. It sounded as though the brake line would snapp.Found out there was a recall on 2000-2001 but not for a 1999 grand am.I'm really upset with the car i purchase and i don't have the money to fix the things thats should be working.
